I lived in Thailand for 5 years. I was approached on a few occasions by normal looking dudes who asked me to do this very same thing. The $1000 per “trip” was VERY enticing, thank god I never did it though. The fear of jail wasn’t really what kept me from doing it (although it did rank fairly high), I couldn’t see myself being an accessory to what is modern day slavery. The guys would tell you that the women wanted to leave the country for a better life, but you knew better. Sad stuff.

There’s a lot of omen in thailand where my parents are from. Like when misfortune or bad thing’s about to happen to you, things block the road and things delay you to try to tell you to move a different path lol

Sad, man sad but the man had a long history of making bad decisions. After the hong kong interrogation scare you woulda thought he woulda gained religion. Glad he got out and rebuilt his life though. The saddest episode of this series was Locked up Bangladesh where the Texan girl got caught. Changed my life. This world is a crazy place.

This guy has so many misfortune events. I never thought he would make it through. His mother played a huge role to save his life.
