I lived in Thailand for 5 years. I was approached on a few occasions by normal looking dudes who asked me to do this very same thing. The $1000 per “trip” was VERY enticing, thank god I never did it though. The fear of jail wasn’t really what kept me from doing it (although it did rank fairly high), I couldn’t see myself being an accessory to what is modern day slavery. The guys would tell you that the women wanted to leave the country for a better life, but you knew better. Sad stuff.
i can tell you missing a flight it ain’t no fun at all.
There’s a lot of omen in thailand where my parents are from. Like when misfortune or bad thing’s about to happen to you, things block the road and things delay you to try to tell you to move a different path lol
Where can I meet a syndicate that will pay me insane money to do stupid stuff?
I’m glad he didn’t rot in that prison.
Wow that was an incredible short. Keep it up nat geo very very nice
Jesus, what a story.
old episode. when are the new episodes gonna air?
Sad, man sad but the man had a long history of making bad decisions. After the hong kong interrogation scare you woulda thought he woulda gained religion. Glad he got out and rebuilt his life though. The saddest episode of this series was Locked up Bangladesh where the Texan girl got caught. Changed my life. This world is a crazy place.
How does nat geo get the made up footage?
Amazing
Thank you for a full episode!
This guy has so many misfortune events. I never thought he would make it through. His mother played a huge role to save his life.
stay away from opiates like heroin or prepare to be bankrupt your entire life
Very great video! This story is very interesting from start to finish,it show the ups & down of the drug game lifestyle.Plus it show that 1 can be trusted,my thing is why even bother to do it.
