As part of the must-see Thai Trends exhibition over at the BACC (939 Rama 1 Rd | 02-214-6632 | www.bacc.or.th | BTS National Stadium), a select group of westerners will give a talk on Thai art this Sunday at 5pm. Entitled ‘Farang gaze Thai trends’, those on the panel will include Very Thai author Philip Cornwel-Smith, the chairman of Lotus Arts de Vivre Rolf Von Bueren, and David Elliott, a famous international curator and writer who was also been the art director of various museums, including Tokyo’s Mori Art Museum. Totally free, the talk will be in English with Thai translation and will take place in the auditorium on the fifth floor.
