The Embassy Room brings you black truffles from a family-held truffle farm called Terra Preta Farm in the Southern Highlands of NSW, Australia. The Australian Winter Black Truffle is identical to the most famous black truffle, the Perigord truffle and differs from all other truffles from Europe. Their truffle patch is managed to replicate the ecology of the French forests to produce round, dense, rich, and chemical-free truffles. These grown delights are the Winners of both the 2016 and 2017 best truffle in the Australian Food Awards. Delight in a 5-course tantalizing tasting menu of intense and aromatic flavours paired with special wine labels to complement the rich notes of hazelnuts, mint and forest mushrooms.
