Visiting international chefs from twelve Michelin-starred restaurants took a well-deserved break from the kitchen during Anantara Siam’s 19th World Gourmet Festival, and mingle with press and diners at the official WGF After-Party, hosted by Rohit Sachdev at Bangkok’s iconic Charcoal Tandoor Grill & Mixology.
Trays of delectable Indian canapés came fresh from the kitchen—Tandoori Raan, Murgh Angar, Dum Ke Bhooley, Galauti Kebab, Tandoori Lobster and Mango Parfait—as guests let their hair down for an evening of live jazz and saxophone alongside expertly-crafted cocktails.
